We’re Stephanie and Fernando—insured, AKC S.A.F.E. certified, and professionally licensed groomers with nearly 7 years of experience. Since 2019, we’ve proudly run FIDO as a small, two-person family business, delivering high-quality, loving care to pets across the Bay Area.

Our mobile grooming service is designed to make life easier for you and more comfortable for your pet. We offer cage-free, one-on-one grooming in a clean, safe, and familiar environment, right at your doorstep. Your dog is always groomed by someone they know and trust—no rotating staff, no stressful van full of barking dogs.

Frequently Asked Questions

You can select any available time slot for one of your pets, then simply add a note during booking letting us know it’s for multiple dogs. Our scheduler will automatically adjust the timing to make sure there’s enough room for everyone.

We recommend grooming every 4 to 6 weeks to keep your dog clean, mat-free, and healthy.

Please take your dog for a short potty walk and avoid giving them a full meal just before grooming.

For first-time visits, yes — being present helps your dog feel safe and allows us to build trust. After that, we can proceed without you as long as we have access instructions.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged full price.

We currently serve the Bay Area, from Daly City to San Jose.

Yes! We also offer:

  • Skunk odor treatments
  • Flea baths
  • Nail trim-only appointments

Bath: shampoo, conditioner, blow-dry, nail trim, ear cleaning
Full groom: all of the above + breed-specific or custom haircut

We are trained to handle anxious and reactive dogs with care. If a dog shows signs of aggression or extreme stress, we may pause or stop the session to keep everyone safe.

We accept cash, check, Venmo and Zelle.
